- removed hyperlinks leading to main page as they've beeen replaced by the navbar (this page and gamesiplay had those)

- added "website version" on main page, formatted : {MAJORCHANGE}.{INCREMENTALUPDATE}.{PATCH/HOTFIX} in an X.X.XX format (thus starting as X.0 then adding the patch whenever one is made)
- patches considered like the updates on 03/03 and 20/03
- added small disclaimer on main page
- changed the background image again
- changed hyperlink and header base colour to maybe fit the background a little better

- not sure if its gonna be accurate or not but ig yeah
- very 2 am changelog since i am writing this at 2 am taking full advantage of weekends :)

- added version string to test page, version updated accordingly

- fixed typo
- changed background color so the contrast when fully refreshing the page isnt as jarring (lightblue to hex color #396098, oftenly found in the background image)
- counts as an incremental because something back-end or safety-net got changed :p (i resppect you brave IE users that dont load the background image quickly)
